Mental Health and Masking – A Case in Point

I've written before about mental health and 'masking'. In this post I explore this further, with the illustrative example of an early-career solicitor who got in trouble with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority who didn't accept that mental health played a part in their behaviour.

The Pandemic, Mental Health, and Me

I'm not going to comment on the impact of the pandemic on mental health in general. I'm going to talk about me. My experience of mental health crisis during the pandemic might be of limited value in learning about the general situation, but it's what I can talk about with authority, and I think there are some lessons to learn from it.

Wow. It's been a while since I updated this site. Well, now I've updated it in a big way. Very soon you should see posts about shared decision making, videos, and some reasons why I haven't been as active, related to mental health. I'm looking into making videos to share online as well.
