Book: Social Policy First Hand

I wrote about my experiences involved in the 'Spartacus Report', or as it is officially named, Responsible Reform. That writing is in a book, titled Social Policy First Hand. This post gives details and links about the book.

The Glaring Flaw in the Equality Act

The Equality Act has seemingly very strong provisions to prevent discrimination against disabled people, and to promote inclusion and reasonable adjustments. So what's the problem? Let me explain…

The Grief of Disability

A personal story of a recent occasion on which I was confronted with what I have lost as I developed new impairments, and an exploration of the grief that goes along with a loss of ability to do things.
